Turns out, a recent Bumble study on dating trends shows that in 2025, singles are favoring micro-romance. It’s the little things. It’s the playlists, the inside jokes, the little “thinking of you” texts over grand, showy gestures that are making a lasting impression. I’m here for it!

Even better… experts also note that people who meet offline still report stronger long-term satisfaction than those who meet online. So go ahead, use the apps, but don’t linger there. Let them be the doorway then step into real life where the magic (and the mixtape moments) actually happen.
