Hello Lovers,
There really is an art to letting go. It’s a practice. Acceptance. This is a hard-earned lesson but one that translates to success in every part of life. Things are going seemingly well with a new connection and then…they aren’t. Accept it. You keep trying to add an offering to your business that’s not taking off. Accept it. You keep trying to lose 10 pounds the same way you did when you were 20. Not gonna happen! Accept it.
If you’re a problem solver like me, your instinct is to keep trying. But what I’ve learned (the hard way so you don’t have to) is that you can’t fit a square peg into a round hole and you simply shouldn’t waste your time and heart space trying to force a damn thing. If it’s not working, accept it. Make a change and release it so you can make room for what is right. If it comes, let it. If it goes, let it.

Real love makes us feel vulnerable: A new relationship is an uncharted territory, and most of us have natural fears of the unknown. Letting ourselves fall in love means taking a real risk.
