Here's the thing about fear: It's not always a warning that something is wrong. Sometimes it's a sign that something matters. Scary stuff, I know!

Think about watching a scary movie. You're on the edge of your seat, unsure what's coming next, imagining all the things that could go wrong. Isn't it funny how sometimes the scariest part isn't what's actually happening… It's what we THINK is about to happen?

Dating is a little like that.

We don't get to know the ending while we're living the story and trying to protect ourselves from every possible plot twist can keep us from experiencing the best parts.

My 2 cents? Don't confuse being scared with being unsafe. Pay attention to real red flags, but don't let imaginary worst-case scenarios make your decisions for you.

TOP 3: Signs Someone is Attracted to You

1. Prolonged Eye Contact: One of the most telling subconscious signs of attraction is prolonged eye contact. People who are attracted to another person tend to maintain eye contact longer than usual, driven by a desire to connect and understand the other person better.

2. Mirroring: Mirroring, when expressing attraction, is the subconscious act of mimicking the gestures, posture, movements, or speech patterns of someone you're drawn to. It's a nonverbal way of saying, "I'm interested and I admire you."

3. Change in Voice: Changes in voice tone can indicate attraction. When someone is attracted to another person, their voice often becomes softer and more modulated. This change is a subconscious attempt to appear more attractive and engaging to the person of interest.
